About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking high-performing CNAs and HHAs for full-time positions, working three 12-hour shifts per week in a luxurious Cottage Community for a 24/7 client. Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Current CNA or HHA certification.
• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting (hospital or Rehab experience will be considered).
• Strong communication skills and a caring nature.
• Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain dignity and comfort.
• Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or Walking.
• Prepare and serve tasty and healthy meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship, engage in fun activities, and be a friendly and joyful presence.
• Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
• Provide occasional transportation for clients to appointments or errands (mileage reimbursement provided).
