About The Position
Immediate opening for a passionate Caregiver in Bolivar, MO and surrounding areas. This part-time position focuses on maintaining the care of the geriatric population, allowing for one-on-one connections with clients and providing exceptional care. Phoenix Home Care offers caregivers the opportunity to work with a smaller number of clients and control their own schedules and travel time.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 LBS.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including: Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
- Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
- Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Running Errands
