About The Position
Make a real impact in senior care - while still having time for the family and activities you love! At Haven Home Care, you'll enjoy both your work and your team. Through a state or VA-funded program, eligible seniors receive service hours that our in-home care aides fulfill. Our home care aides provide essential support with daily living tasks - such as personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and more - helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
Requirements
- 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift 50 LBS.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Provides direct personal care to clients in the comfort of their home; some tasks include: Preparing/cleaning up after a meal, Bathing/personal care, Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting), Laundry, Providing companionship, Running errands
