About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for clients throughout Washington, DC. This role offers flexible weekend hours for individuals who enjoy helping others remain safe and comfortable at home. We have Saturday and Sunday hourly cases available and are looking for compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing dependable, one-on-one support.
Requirements
- Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide license required
- CPR certification preferred
- Compassionate and dependable
- Prior home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Support walking, transfers, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Communicate changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse
