About The Position
Cheer Home Care is seeking passionate caregivers to join their North County team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role involves offering companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities to improve the quality of life for clients and help them maintain independence and dignity at home.
Requirements
- Cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
- Ability to drive clients in your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Providing warm companionship and engaging conversations.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Helping clients stay mobile and active through light exercise and outings.
- Offering transportation to appointments and community events.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
