About The Position

Calling all compassionate, reliable caregivers! Do you have a heart for helping older adults one-on-one in their homes? Windward Life Care is hiring non-medical Home Care Aides! We are honored to be a San Diego Union-Tribune Top Workplaces award winner for seven years running, 2019-2025. This position offers a pay rate of $22.00-$24.00/hr for most North County shifts, with additional incentives for weekends, shorter shifts, and a gas stipend. Work with a team of professional Care Managers with 24/7 support. We offer geriatric care management services and non-medical home care services to clients who are billed on a private-pay basis. Requirements

• Caregiving experience with older adults, including: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Personal Care (Bathing/Showering, Incontinence Care)
• Dependable, reliable, and an efficient problem solver
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record - must feel comfortable driving clients in your vehicle
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Ability to pass Home Care Services Bureau Live Scan background check and TB Test
• Compliance with company infection control and safety protocols
