With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission. We are seeking Russian-speaking Home Care Aides to join our team and support older adults—including Holocaust survivors and their families—through Jewish Family Services in Santa Clara. You’ll be directly helping family members and community caregivers provide the daily support their loved ones need—while also being compensated for the time, care, and dedication you bring. Requirements

• Previous caregiving or home care aide experience is required.
• Ability to manage time well, follow care plans, and show up consistently for scheduled shifts.
• Must pass background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and health screening.

Nice To Haves

• Russian-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their homes.
• Communicate with supervisors about client needs and changes in condition.
• Participate in training and follow all safety, health, and compliance requirements.
