About The Position

We are hiring part-time Home Care Aides/Caregivers with consistent hours available now. UChange Home Care is looking for dependable individuals who want flexible, steady part-time work that makes a difference in people's lives. Since 2009, we have supported seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Our caregivers are the reason families trust us. We offer consistent schedules, clear communication, and supportive leadership. We are scheduling interviews this week, and positions are filling quickly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone for care documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professionalism, reliability, and compassion
• Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping with mobility support and safe transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating regularly with our office team
• Maintaining reliable attendance and professional behavior
