About The Position

HomeWell Care Services Delaware is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Home Care Aides, Home Health Aides (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for fulfilling roles where they can make a real impact. As a licensed Personal Assistance Services Agency (PASA) in Delaware, we provide non-medical, personal assistance services that enhance the quality of life for our clients while respecting their dignity and independence. Requirements

• Caregivers and Home Care Aides without certification must have at least 1 year of direct caregiving experience
• Must pass a pre-employment physical & drug screening
• TB Test Clearance Required
• Criminal Background & Fingerprint Check Required
• Reliable Transportation Required
• Ability to Work One (1) Weekend Day Per Month

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA certification is welcomed but not required
• If transporting clients, must have valid driver’s license & auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Social Engagement
• Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Personal Assistance – Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing support
• Mobility Assistance & Transfers
• Medication Reminders
• Transportation & Errand Assistance (if applicable)
