About The Position
BAYADA is seeking flexible Home Care Aides (HHAs or CNAs) to work one-on-one with adult clients. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, including days, overnights, and weekends. A training program is available for those with no prior experience. Requirements
- HHAs: Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency.
- CNAs: Current or expired CNA license from any state.
- Nursing Students: Completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.
Nice To Haves
- Training program available for those with no experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, Range of Motion exercises, and ambulation.
- Assist clients with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform Home Management Tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
