Requirements

5+ years of leadership, management, sales, marketing, or operations experience.
Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, staffing, or service operations.
Experience with community outreach, referral development, or healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
Experience managing caregivers, healthcare staff, or service teams.
Self-motivated leader with strong organizational skills.
Passion for serving seniors and supporting caregivers.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to travel throughout the NE Dallas area for client visits, referral partner meetings, and community events.
Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the home care agency.
Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers.
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Ensure excellent customer service and quality care delivery.
Develop and execute local marketing and growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners and community stakeholders.
Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
Identify opportunities to grow census, increase referrals, and strengthen brand awareness.
Track marketing activity, referral sources, and business development performance metrics.
Collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives and market expansion opportunities.
Conduct client consultations and in-home assessments.
Ensure caregivers receive ongoing support, training, and supervision.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Maintain high client satisfaction and caregiver retention.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
Oversee scheduling, billing, payroll, documentation, and collections.
Maintain licensing standards and agency records.
Monitor operational performance and budgets.
Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional care standards.
Analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
