About The Position

As an Account Executive with Interim HealthCare , you’ll play an important role in growing our home care services while helping individuals and families access the care they need. Interim HealthCare, the nation’s first home care company, is looking for an Account Executive to join our team. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales and community outreach professional to build strong relationships with referral partners, develop new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted resource for families and healthcare professionals throughout the community.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or a related field preferred
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and follow through consistently
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company positively in the community
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the local market

Knowledge of the Dalton and surrounding North Georgia communities is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior living communities, and other strategic partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market
Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach activities
Educate referral partners, clients, families, and community members about Interim HealthCare’s services
Generate referrals and contribute to the growth of the home care business
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources and prospective clients
Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a positive experience for clients and referral partners
Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and other local activities
Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to strengthen the agency’s presence in the community
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, contacts, and business development efforts
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships that encourage long-term partnerships
