We are seeking a Sports-Minded Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a competitive edge, a passion for helping others, and a desire to win in real estate. You’ll engage with homeowners, assess their needs, and present creative solutions through our network of real estate buyers.

- Must be in the Tampa area.
Nice To Haves
- Real estate experience preferred, but not required. (License is a plus.)
- Experience in creative real estate solutions (lease options, seller financing, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Build relationships with homeowners to understand their property and selling needs.
- Evaluate potential properties to determine market value, necessary repairs, and win-win opportunities for buyers and sellers.
- Present and negotiate purchase offers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
- Educate sellers on available options, including cash offers, payment plans, and lease options.
- Collaborate with our network of real estate professionals to provide creative and customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of property evaluations and client communications.
