Position Summary: The Home Building Team Members perform the manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. We build homes from the frame up!

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check - REQUIRED
• Clear and effective communication – REQUIRED
• Speak , read, and understand English - REQUIRED
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary - REQUIRED
• Strong problem-solving skills - REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently and as a team - REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings and prints - preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification - a big plus
• Vocational certifications - a big plus

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner, practicing good situational awareness and using all required safety equipment and PPE.
• Communicate any safety hazards or issues to your supervisor immediately.
• Participate in any and all safety training provided.
• Work as a team to maintain and exceed production goals.
• Be respectful and maintain good working relationships with all team members.

• Follow all quality guidelines and building codes, without exception, to produce a high quality product.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
• Be adaptable and flexible at all times , performing any duties assigned.
