About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional for the Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician role. This position involves working with children, adults, and families to help them thrive. The organization is rapidly growing and well-regarded. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will work with families in their homes to conduct behavioral assessments, create treatment plans, offer family consultations and training, and oversee direct treatment. Responsibilities include all necessary documentation for ongoing treatment, such as developing treatment methodologies and interventions, writing progress reports, and creating treatment plans. The clinician will also guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services and supervise Direct Support Professionals, but not other clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
  • Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
  • Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Provide family consultations and trainings
  • Supervise direct treatment
  • Completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment
  • Development of treatment methodology and interventions
  • Writing of progress reports
  • Development of treatment plans
  • Guide staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for clients
  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals
