About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor client health and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and appointments as needed
