About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation to serve clients in Hartland, MI area.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Accompany clients to appointments and run errands when needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Document daily care activities and communicate effectively with clients and family members.
