Villa of Hope helps youth and families rebuild relationships, recover from trauma and renew Hope for their future. This role involves providing rehabilitative psychoeducation, strength-based service planning, and other restorative supports to children and adolescents up to age 21 within the community. The provider will ensure compliance with agency policies, maintain client confidentiality, and provide crisis intervention as needed. The position requires developing individualized treatment methods, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and families using the Sanctuary Model. Responsibilities also include documentation in the Electronic Client Record, tracking patient progress, and promoting cultural competency and diversity.
