Requirements

BA or MA in industrial design, product design, or a related field
Portfolio showcasing design process and aesthetic sensibility
Complex understanding of CAD
Deep knowledge of production phases and strong attention to detail
Ability to understand criticism and adjust design accordingly
Knowledgeable about the interior design industry
Understanding of the history of furniture and current design trends
Ability to understand and ensure design feasibility
Ability to prepare detailed specifications for all products, including materials and manufacturing methods
Ability to work closely with factory partners to prioritize cost-effective approaches

Responsibilities

Researching and developing innovative concepts for home accessories, lighting, mirrors, and small goods that embody Villa & House's commitment to luxury.
Using expertise in CAD to sketch designs, create prototypes, and refine visions in close collaboration with manufacturers.
Conducting global trend research to spark inspiration, ensuring work aligns with the brand's sophisticated voice and customer-centric approach.
Preparing detailed specifications for all products, including materials and manufacturing methods.
Working closely with factory partners to prioritize cost-effective solutions.
Contributing to high-performance projects that enhance the company's reputation in the luxury furniture industry.
