Requirements
- BA or MA in industrial design, product design, or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing design process and aesthetic sensibility
- Complex understanding of CAD
- Deep knowledge of production phases and strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand criticism and adjust design accordingly
- Knowledgeable about the interior design industry
- Understanding of the history of furniture and current design trends
- Ability to understand and ensure design feasibility
- Ability to prepare detailed specifications for all products, including materials and manufacturing methods
- Ability to work closely with factory partners to prioritize cost-effective approaches
Responsibilities
- Researching and developing innovative concepts for home accessories, lighting, mirrors, and small goods.
- Using CAD to sketch designs, create prototypes, and refine visions in collaboration with manufacturers.
- Conducting global trend research to ensure alignment with brand voice and customer-centric approach.
- Preparing detailed specifications for all products, including materials and manufacturing methods.
- Working with factory partners to prioritize cost-effective solutions.
- Contributing to high-performance projects that enhance the company's reputation in the luxury furniture industry.
