We are seeking an experienced and passionate Holistic Practitioner Supervisor to lead and expand our holistic programming across multiple outpatient locations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner and leader who is dedicated to integrating complementary therapies into behavioral healthcare treatment. Position Summary The Holistic Practitioner Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and direct service delivery for holistic programming across assigned programs. This hybrid role combines remote administrative responsibilities with regular travel to our outpatient locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. The Holistic Practitioner Supervisor will oversee holistic practitioners, facilitate yoga and wellness programming, and collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. This position plays a vital role in enhancing client engagement, promoting healing, and supporting the continued growth of holistic services across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a health-related field required.
  • Minimum 200-hour Yoga Certification required; Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience providing yoga and holistic services in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and resilience-based practices preferred.
  • Certifications in additional holistic modalities (e.g., meditation, breathwork, complementary therapies) strongly preferred.
  • Health and Wellness Coaching Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic therapy groups across assigned locations.
  • Lead educational groups focused on holistic wellness, resilience, and complementary therapies.
  • Develop and prepare curriculum, materials, and programming for holistic service delivery.
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to holistic practitioners.
  • Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Partner with clinical, medical, and operational leaders to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client care planning as appropriate.
  • Observe client responses during sessions and communicate relevant clinical concerns to treatment teams.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to program standards across all locations.
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and program development.
  • Support the expansion and enhancement of holistic programming throughout the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to holistic practitioners across multiple outpatient programs.
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor service delivery, documentation, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency in holistic programming and adherence to best practices.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of holistic services staff.
