Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate - Santa Rosa Plaza
About The Position
As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on the Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing holiday moments. You’ll provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. This is a seasonal holiday position with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week or as needed, including flexibility for peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Cherry Hill Programs works with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America to provide holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
- Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
- Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
- Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
- Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
