About The Position

This is a seasonal position for a Holiday Sales Assistant in Tulsa. The role is non-safety sensitive and involves promoting and selling merchandise in a designated holiday gift area. The assistant will maintain the organization and stock of the gift area, interact directly with customers, and process transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to lift merchandise of 40 lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to listen and respond to customers' needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
• Positive attitude when working with internal and external customers.

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell merchandise displayed in the designated holiday gift area.
• Keep the holiday gift area neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
• Work directly with internal and external customers.
• Apply knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products.
• Use excellent customer relations skills.
• Assist customers with "cash & carry" orders.
• Process credit card transactions for gift sales.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.
