About The Position
This role involves daily team meetings to understand the day's plan, driving a company vehicle to customer locations (homes or businesses) to perform services like window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installation. You may also interact with customers to ensure satisfaction. The day concludes with a recap at the Shine office. The company emphasizes a strong culture, providing training, technology, and support for employees, regardless of prior experience.
Requirements
- Experience safely working on roofs (Required)
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electrical is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installation.
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
- Meet with customers to ensure expectations are met.
- Participate in daily team meetings and end-of-day recaps.
- Work safely on roofs.
