About The Position
Renuity is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to join their team. This role involves installing home remodeling products, specifically windows, according to company standards. The installer will be responsible for applying finish work, communicating with management and homeowners to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments, completing job checklists, and treating homeowners and their property with respect. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with guaranteed year-round work and the potential to earn between $150k - $300k annually.
Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking
- Established LLC or Business
- Must have General Liability insurance
- Cargo van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer
- MUST HAVE A TRAILER
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Rite Window standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
