About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer. Renuity is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint, aiming to revolutionize home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to company standards, applying finish work, communicating with management and homeowners, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
