About The Position

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring Holiday Help Associates to join its family of associates for the holiday season. The role focuses on providing excellent service to customers, supporting initiatives that improve the shopping experience and strengthen communities, and keeping stores clean, organized, safe, and easy to shop. The position offers base pay up to $15.00 per hour, with Stocking Crew starting pay up to $15.25 per hour, plus a $2.50-per-hour premium for Saturday and Sunday work. Pay may vary based on experience, job location, required travel, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide solutions that fit their needs.
• Support company initiatives that improve the shopping experience and strengthen communities.
• Keep stores clean and organized, with accurate signage and shelves that are easy to shop.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and Blain’s associates.
