About The Position

Towne is hiring seasonal valets, bell attendants and traffic coordinators for the annual Gaylord Opryland ICE event to be held in November and December. We will be holding weekly open interviews starting on September 30. Permanent positions may also be available. The work schedule for this position is dependent upon hotel business volumes which will be discussed during the Hiring Event interviews. We are currently seeking both Full-Time & Part-Time individuals.

Requirements

Exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
Ability to park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner.
Ability to assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
Ability to efficiently direct vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed.
Ability to properly issue valet parking tickets to guests.
Ability to uphold sites management teams parking policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner.
Assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure.
Directing vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services.
Properly issuing valet parking tickets to guests while company standards with each arrival.
Upholding sites management teams parking policy and procedures.
