About The Position

The Hog Service Department Manager oversees the Hog Service Repair team and assists the organization in the managing of the Hog Store, ordering and repairs of existing hog facilities, as well as designing and estimating new hog buildings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Background in retail sales and / or management
• Knowledgeable on company software.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• High level of customer service focus.
• Supports a consistent professional image of the company.
• Observes the safety policy and procedures.
• Work ethic of highest integrity.
• Financial Management.
• Comfort in adding, subtracting, multiplication and division of whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hog Service Team’s activities.
• Manage the Hog Store and products.
• Assists in the design and estimate of new hog barns and equipment needs of customers in a timely manner.
• Assists in the design renovations on existing hog barns.
• Order Hog Store items from various approved vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assists with Marketing of the Hog service team and products.
• Continually investigating new products and places to purchase products more efficiently.
• Weekly team meetings with Hog Service Team.
• Other duties as assigned.
