About The Position

Mattamy Homes is the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, with over 45 years of history. We are seeking an HOA Manager to act as the liaison between Mattamy Homes, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and city municipalities. This role involves interacting with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors for all Mattamy Homes' communities across the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community financials, creating budgets, facilitating board meetings, and ensuring homeowner compliance with HOA rules. Additionally, this position will manage the turnover of control from Mattamy Homes to each community HOA and provide suggestions for community enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a CMCA or higher designation from CAI
  • Knowledge of CINC a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between Mattamy Homes, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, city municipalities and more
  • Interacting with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors for all Mattamy Homes’ communities across the US
  • Answering resident concerns in a timely manner
  • Communicating with the community and the Board regularly
  • Monitoring homeowner compliance with HOA rules
  • Soliciting bids and managing vendor contracts for services
  • Monitoring community financials
  • Creating community budgets
  • Facilitating Board Meetings
  • Providing suggestions and recommendations for community enhancements to the Board
  • Manage the turnover of control from Mattamy Homes to each community HOA once they reach the predetermined number of homeowners
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
