Requirements

2-5 years of onsite HOA high rise General Manager experience
CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process
Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective presentation skills
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of homeowner's association operations for a high-rise community.
Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, and motivation.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to residents.
Manage budgets and the budgeting process.
Oversee audits, reserve studies, and the bidding process.
Ensure compliance with Association governing documents.
Effectively communicate with the board, residents, and staff.
Manage time effectively and work independently.
Follow up on all issues in a timely manner.
