SBB Management is looking for an onsite Assistant HOA manager to manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with the management agreement and the Community Association's policies and procedures. This role involves supporting the Community Association Manager in enforcement and administration, assisting in the daily operations of amenities and recreation facilities, and providing professional administrative and managerial assistance to the Board of Directors. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for interacting with homeowners, managing office tasks, overseeing facility maintenance, and coordinating vendor contracts and resident communications.
