Welcome to the introductory world of Grand Casino marketing, from enrolling new player’s to assisting in execution of events, promotions, and entertainment acts to answering Guest questions and booking hotel rooms, this marketing ambassador position is just what you’re looking for. This role requires an outgoing, friendly individual with a passion for guest service. The position involves maintaining knowledge of current casino amenities, promotions, events, and entertainment, and acting as a resource for Guests and Associates. It also includes assisting in the execution of casino promotions, events, drawings, and entertainment from setup to teardown, and promoting player’s club loyalty by educating Guests about offerings and benefits. A strong working knowledge of the player’s club system software, drawing software, and money-handling is essential. The role also involves answering incoming calls, resolving Guest complaints, upselling properties and amenities, and maintaining communication with other departments. Additionally, the ambassador must be knowledgeable about proper emergency procedures and administer paging or overhead announcements.
