The Hispanic Community Officer serves as Generations Bank's primary representative and advocate within Hispanic communities, building relationships that strengthen financial inclusion, community engagement, and business growth. This position develops partnerships with community organizations, educates individuals and businesses on financial resources, supports CRA initiatives, and connects customers with banking solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. The role works across retail, lending, mortgage, treasury management, and marketing teams to expand the bank's presence, deepen community relationships, and create new customer opportunities. The role will also contribute to broader marketing, customer experience, and community engagement efforts as needed to support the bank's strategic objectives. At Generations Bank, you'll find a team that encourages you to bring your authentic self to work and make a meaningful impact. We're united by a shared purpose: helping the communities we serve across Arkansas and Missouri thrive. That's why Generations Bank is more than a place to work. It's a place to belong. Our four core values shape every decision we make and every relationship we build. They aren't just something we talk about, they're something we live. Accountability: We believe our work commitments should be done fully, and lending a hand to fellow team members isn't optional. Relationships: We believe when we treat our team and customers with humility, dignity, and pride we reach our highest potential. Communication: We believe in proactively sharing ideas and information. Stewardship: We believe each team member should care for our assets and opportunities as if they were their own.
