About The Position
Collar Talent is looking for a motivated and energetic Hiring Specialist to join their growing team in Solon, OH. In this role, you’ll play a key part in engaging, and building relationships with candidates and employers while learning the fundamentals of recruiting, talent solutions, and business development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Background in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or other relationship-driven roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, proactive, and motivated by results
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite in our office located in Solon, OH
Responsibilities
- Candidate Outreach: Engage candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive communication and relationship building
- Candidate Qualification: Assess candidate experience, motivations, skills, and career goals to align with open opportunities
- Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process
- Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities clearly and use persuasive communication to move candidates through the process
- CRM & Process Management: Maintain accurate activity, candidate records, and workflow tracking within Bullhorn
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing coaching, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
