We’re looking for a Hiring Partner to join us on a full-time, temporary 6-month engagement supporting hiring, talent operations, and onboarding initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting execution with candidate experience, operational excellence, and collaborative partnership. You’ll help drive global hiring outcomes while supporting candidates and employees through important career moments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent operations, coordination, or related experience within a technology, startup, or fast-paced business environment
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple business functions or teams
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (bonus points for Ashby experience!), and recruiting workflows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and cross-functional partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting candidate experience, onboarding, or talent operations initiatives is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting activities across a variety of business functions including R&D, Product, GTM, G&A, and Professional Services
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to support hiring strategy, process coordination, and candidate experience initiatives
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, talent platforms, referrals, networking, and outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
  • Create candidate outreach and employer brand content to strengthen engagement and visibility in the market
  • Deliver a responsive, inclusive, and high-quality experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support equitable and consistent hiring practices across the organization
  • Maintain recruiting data, workflows, and documentation within recruiting systems and tools
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities to help new hires successfully transition into SimSpace
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Hiring & Internal Mobility, Hiring Managers & interview teams, People Operations, and business leaders to ensure efficient hiring processes and strong communication
