About The Position

The company is hosting a Fall Hiring Open House Event in conjunction with Manufacturing Day at its Sauk Rapids location on Thursday, October 1st, from 2pm to 6pm. This event provides an opportunity to interview onsite for current openings, tour the facilities, and potentially win a new Traeger grill. Immediate openings are available for welders (MIG and TIG), machine operators, CNC machinists, and more. This is a direct hiring event for Millerbernd, and no third-party agencies are involved. PPE will be provided on-site, but long pants and closed-toe shoes are required to enter production areas.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Long pants and closed-toe shoes required to enter production areas
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Ability to maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift (if applicable)
  • Ability to work in, on, or around equipment and machinery
  • Ability to perform work with the use of ladders
  • Ability to sit/stand
  • Ability to talk or hear
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls
  • Ability to stand and walk short distances
  • Ability to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders (on occasion)
