About The Position
Millerbernd Manufacturing, a family-owned company since 1933, is holding a Fall Hiring Open House Event in conjunction with Manufacturing Day on Thursday, October 1st, from 2pm to 6pm at their Sauk Rapids location. This event offers onsite interviews for immediate openings, facility tours, and a chance to win a Traeger grill. They are hiring for welders (MIG and TIG), machine operators, CNC machinists, and more. This is a direct hiring event, and no third-party agencies are involved. PPE will be provided, but long pants and closed-toed shoes are required for production areas.

Responsibilities
- Interview onsite for current openings
- Tour facilities
- Wear and work in company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift (if applicable)
- Work in, on, or around equipment and machinery
- Perform work with the use of ladders
- Sit/stand
- Talk or hear
- Use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls
- Stand and walk short distances
- Stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders (on occasion)
