About The Position

Dungarvin is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 1440 Northland Drive, Suite 100, Minnesota. They are hiring on the spot for multiple roles across the state of Minnesota, including Direct Support Staff, Nursing Assistants, Mental Health Specialists, Unit-Based / Employment Services, Case Management, and Program Managers / Directors. Dungarvin is a mission-driven organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They operate across fifteen states and deliver flexible, high-quality services tailored to each individual's goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs and at least 21 years or older to work in child foster care homes.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Dungarvin policy.
• Must have current auto liability insurance.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Ability/willingness to perform personal cares.

Nice To Haves

• No experience required for Direct Support Staff and Nursing Assistants.
• 2–3 years’ experience required for Mental Health Specialists and Unit-Based / Employment Services.
• 4-year degree required for Case Management.
• Supervisory experience required for Program Managers / Directors.
