About The Position

Dungarvin is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 1440 Northland Drive Suite 100, Mendota Heights, MN 55120. They are hiring on the spot for multiple roles across the state of Minnesota, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Mental Health Specialist II, Mental Health Coordinator II, Nursing Assistant (CNA), Program Director, and Case Manager. The event is an opportunity to explore career opportunities and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs.
• Must be 21 years or older to work with children's programs.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must provide proof of valid driver's license.
• Must have current auto liability insurance.
• Must possess computer skills for documentation.
• Ability and willingness to perform personal cares.
• Direct Support Professionals (DSPs): No experience required.
• Mental Health Specialist II: 3 years’ experience required.
• Mental Health Coordinator II: 3 years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Perform personal cares.
• Complete documentation using computer skills.
• Work with children's programs (if applicable, requiring age 21+).
• Work in residential adult programs (if applicable, requiring age 18+).
