About The Position

Dungarvin is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 1440 Northland Drive Suite 100, Mendota Heights, MN 55120. They are hiring on the spot for multiple roles across the state of Minnesota, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Mental Health Specialist II, Mental Health Coordinator II, Nursing Assistant (CNA), Program Director, and Case Manager. Dungarvin is a mission-driven organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, operating nationally and empowering people with disabilities to live meaningful lives on their own terms through Medicaid and Community Support Waivers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs, or 21 years or older to work with children's programs.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Dungarvin policy.
• Must have current auto liability insurance.
• Must possess computer skills for documentation.
• Ability/willingness to perform personal cares.
• 3 years of experience required for Mental Health Specialist II and Mental Health Coordinator II roles.
• Experience may vary based on the specific role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Perform personal cares.
• Complete computer documentation.
• Work with children's programs (if applicable).
• Manage programs and cases (for specific roles).
