About The Position
Kindred Hospital Northland is hosting a walk-in hiring event called "Coffee, Careers and Conversations" at Starbucks in Boardwalk Square. This casual event allows candidates to stop by, enjoy a coffee, meet the team, and interview on the spot for various positions. The event will take place on September 8th, 2026, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm CT. On-site interviews will be conducted for Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT/CRT), and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) roles. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available, with both day and night shifts. Sign-on bonuses are offered for some full-time positions, including a new grad program. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with team members, meet hospital leadership, and interview on the spot.
Requirements
- Current state licensure / certification as applicable.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in an acute care setting or long-term care facility preferred.
