About The Position
The Lodge at Torrey Pines is hosting a hiring event on June 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event is for various full-time and part-time positions including Busser/Food Runner, Food Server, Bartender, Barback, Overnight Valet Attendant, Valet Parking Attendant, Front Desk Agent, General Maintenance Engineer, Line Cook, Banquet Cook, Cafeteria Cook, Room Attendant, Housekeeping Turndown Attendant, Houseperson, Spa Attendant, Spa Receptionist, In Room Dining Server, Hostperson, and Doorperson. On-the-spot offers will be made to qualified candidates who complete the RSVP and application process. The Lodge at Torrey Pines, a AAA Five Diamond rated resort, is owned by Evans Hotels, LLC, a family-owned business that prioritizes employee well-being through training, appreciation events, and community initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
