About The Position

Dungarvin is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, October 21st, 2026, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at 1440 Northland Drive Suite 100, Mendota Heights, MN 55120. They are hiring on the spot for multiple roles across the state of Minnesota, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Community Support Staff, Mental Health Specialist II, Mental Health Coordinator II, Nursing Assistant (CNA), Program Director, and Case Manager. The event is an opportunity to explore career opportunities and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs, or 21 years or older to work with children's programs.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Dungarvin policy.
• Must have current auto liability insurance.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Ability/willingness to perform personal cares.

Nice To Haves

• No experience required for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• 2 years of experience required for Community Support Staff.
• 3 years of experience required for Mental Health Specialist II.
• 3 years of experience required for Mental Health Coordinator II.
