Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospects and provide engaging community tours
  • Showcase apartment homes and highlight the unique benefits of living at Indus Communities
  • Convert qualified prospects into happy residents
  • Process lease applications and assist with applicant screening
  • Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
  • Build positive relationships with residents and provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and community events
  • Conduct apartment inspections and help maintain community standards
  • Partner with maintenance and management teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience
  • Adaptable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Track service requests, work orders, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Assist residents and interact on the property with a friendly, respectful, and service-oriented approach
