Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and driven Hiring Coordinator to help recruit exceptional caregivers who provide compassionate care throughout Franklin County. Requirements

Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated
Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and confident using computers, social media, and employment websites
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
This position requires frequent phone communication, computer work, and consistent follow-up with applicants.

Nice To Haves

Recruitment, staffing, HR, or home care experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)

Responsibilities

Recruiting and interviewing caregiver candidates
Creating and managing online job advertisements
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community events
Conducting phone screens and interviews
Coordinating orientations and onboarding new hires
Completing applicant screenings and employment verifications
Entering new hire information accurately into company systems
Partnering with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
Achieving weekly hiring and recruiting goals
