ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes applications in JobVite and Application Scoring Tool. Ensures compliance with employment law and company policy and procedure. Conducts the hiring process, to include interviews, offers, and pre-employment paperwork. Performs pre-employment screenings and responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures; notifies higher level personnel of any potential issues and grievances, etc. Assists with the administration and scoring of aptitude, personality, and interest tests. May perform new hire orientations. Assists with recruitment activities. Compiles information and prepares reports for plant and corporate use. All other duties assigned.
