About The Position
Open Arms Solutions is seeking experienced Hindi-speaking caregivers for flexible part-time opportunities. The role involves providing compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, and nearby DuPage County communities, with a focus on clients who benefit from communicating in their preferred language. We are looking for individuals fluent in both Hindi and English to deliver personalized, high-quality care that addresses clients' communication needs.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in Hindi and able to communicate in English
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support mobility and daily living activities
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
