About The Position
Join Open Arms Solutions as a Hindi-speaking caregiver and provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients who benefit from communicating in their preferred language. We are looking for experienced caregivers who can communicate in both Hindi and English to provide personalized, high-quality care that meets our clients' communication needs. This is a flexible part-time opportunity to support clients in Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, and nearby DuPage County communities.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in Hindi and able to communicate in English
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support mobility and daily living activities
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
