About The Position

ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide in-home support to a client in Bartlett, Illinois. A Hindi-speaking caregiver is preferred to help promote clear communication, comfort, and a positive caregiving experience for the client and family. If you enjoy providing respectful, personalized care and are looking for a reliable weekday schedule, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Previous experience in senior care, home care, or personal care
• Ability to assist with ADLs and daily routines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A kind, patient, and respectful approach
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Hindi-speaking ability preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and document care appropriately
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation, if required
• Willingness to complete required screening and onboarding procedures

Nice To Haves

• Hindi-speaking caregiver is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, walking, and safe transfers
• Providing meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
• Offering companionship and friendly conversation
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client
• Supporting daily routines and appointments as needed
• Following the client’s individualized care plan
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
• Communicating professionally with the family and care team
• Maintaining the client’s dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
